PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base film giving little coloring in a transmission color and having a high transmittance.SOLUTION: A base film of a transparent conductive film for a touch panel is provided, which includes a substrate film, a first tone correction layer on one surface of the substrate film, and a second tone correction layer on the other surface of the substrate film. A wavelength λa at a minimum reflectance in a wavelength region from 380 to 780 nm in a reflection spectrum measured on the first tone correction layer, and a wavelength λb at a minimum reflectance in a wavelength region from 200 to 780 nm in a reflection spectrum measured on the second tone correction layer satisfy the following conditions (1) and (2). They are (1) 380nm≤λa≤500nm and (2) 100nm≤(λa-λb)≤200nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
