<p>The container is especially for the storage of liquid fuels, heating oils, etc., and consists of an internal container, resting on the flat floor of an external container of thinner sheet metal. The inner floor (9) is formed from two layers (10, 11) of sheet metal strip, at distances to each other. The strips in the upper layers cover the gaps between those of the lower layer, and are tack-welded, fluid-proof to each other and to the inner jacket (3). The strips in the lower layer are tack welded fluid-proof to the outer floor, consisting of dimpled sheet metal.</p> |
