<p>1436198 Soldering; shearing G B PANTELEEV 10 Oct 1973 47376/73 Headings B3R and B3W [Also in Divisions H4 and H2] In apparatus for assembling the movable system of a moving coil loudspeaker, the wire 190 leading from the voice coil is abraded between two elastic abrasive wheels (200) (Fig. 15, not shown), is then wetted with a flux applied from a bath (214), Fig. 16 (not shown) applied by porous rubber element (221), and is subsequently tinned. Subsequently the wire 190 (Fig. 18) is cut by two knives 235, 242. A roller 236 rolls off the projection 239 of a rotating cam 237, causing a member 233 to be lowered and knife 235 to be brought against a portion of wire 190. A spring 238 assists. At the same time a push rod 244 sliding over the face of a cam, and urged by a spring 246, moves on to a projection (not shown) as a result of which push rod 244 moves horizontally to displace a lever 241 secured at pivot 240. Thus the two knives 242, 235 are brought together and the wire 190 is cut. During further rotation of cams 237, 247 the knives 235, 242 are returned to their initial positions.</p> |
