A hose coupling consists of a toggle lever clamping bracket (14, 15), whose two bracket shells have radial internal flanges. The hose end (13) is locted by an internal adaptor sleeve (10) such that one end of the sleeve (10) is located by the coupling bush (11). When the toggle lever clamping bracket is closed, one internal bracket flange (12) engages the coupling bush. The other two bracket flanges radially clamp the hose into the locating grooves on the adaptor sleeve. Thus a quick release hose to pipe coupling is obtained. |
