<p>The flexible guide rail for a vehicle window pane incorporates two side shanks holding the pane peripheral area between them. The side shanks (3) have continuous bent sections (7), facing each other. At their open longitudinal edges they are connected with a profile retainer batten (4), insertable onto the guide channel (17) to accommodate the carriage-work stem pieces (16) which form the window guide rail. The apexes of the bent side shanks may tangent together when they are not under the loading of the window pane (5).</p> |
