<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the detection of the monitor load in error when the monitoring power supply is not applied, by detecting whether the monitor relay at the monitored load is in operating condition at all times or it is in operation condition from inoperative state. CONSTITUTION:The unit detecting failures such as open wire, short circuit and grounding of the delively line placed between the monitor power supply and the monitored load and informing the failures to the monitor power supply and the monitored load is provided with the timer 8 and the auxiliary relays 10 and 11. Further, at the monitored load, it is detected whether the monitor relay 5 is always in operating condition or it is in operating condition from inoperative state. Thus, the detection in error for the monitored load with the monitor power supply disconnected can be prevented.</p> |
