PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting powder coating material which can obtain a coating film excellent in solvent resistance and bending resistance, and suppresses aggregation of powder particles.SOLUTION: A thermosetting powder coating material contains powder particles which contain a mixture of a vinyl resin A having a block isocyanate group and a carboxyl group and a vinyl resin B having a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group or a vinyl resin C having a block isocyanate group, a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group, where a content of the isocyanate group is 0.4 mmol/g or more and 1.4 mmol/g or less, and a functional group molar ratio [NCO/(COOH+OH)] obtained by dividing the content of the isocyanate group by the total content of the hydroxyl group and the carboxyl group is 0.5 or more and 1.2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
