PURPOSE: To produce a baked building material such as a tile or a wall material by using a raw material having no viscosity such as various incineration ashes or ground stone powders. CONSTITUTION: An inorg. solidifying agent is added to at least one of various incineration ashes, ground stone powders, slags or chamotte to be kneaded therewith in the presence of water and the kneaded mixture is cast into a form to be solidified and taken out of the form to be baked at 700-1300 deg.C for 30-120min. The inorg. solidifying agent consists of a strong acid salt of aluminum, lime and cement and, if necessary, a sodium salt can be added thereto. By this constitution, a building material can be produced from a raw material discarded heretofore such as incineration ash or a ground stone powder. |
