The steerable swimmers flipper consists of a sole, which is held on the foot by straps, and an extended fin. The fin can rotate, relative to the sole, around the longitudinal axis (x, y) of the flipper. The fin is flat and has two auxiliary fins along its longitudinal edges. The small fins are set at an angle to the main fin of between 30 degrees and 90 degrees and can be parallel or not. The fins rotates around an axle joined to the flipper and is assisted by ball bearings.
