<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an earthing inductance and feedback capacitance by mounting a semiconductor pellet on an output lead and further connecting the output portion through an insulator and the earth portion directly to heat radiator plate respectively. CONSTITUTION:A heat radiator plate 1 and a lead 2 are transformed into a frame at a same pitch. An insulator 3 having a good thermal conductivity is mounted in a position 1b on the heat radiator plate 1 which in turn is wax-jointed through the insulator 3 to the output terminal 2a of the lead 2 to wax-joint a projection 1a of the radiator plate to an earth terminal 2b of the lead. A semiconductor pellet 4 is wax- joint on the output terminal 2a to be covered with a resin. According to such a construction, because the earth terminal 2b is grounded only to the projection 1a of the radiator plate, the inductance is reduced compared with a conventional device. Because the output terminal 2a is wax-jointed to the insulator 3 and the pellet 4 is mounted thereon, a feedback capacitance is reduced and the deterioration of a high frequency characteristic can also be prevented.</p> |
