PURPOSE:To maintain the reliability of a circuit by detecting individual selective phasing from diversity receiving branches and then by selecting one of superior quality. CONSTITUTION:Received signals of diversity branches No.1 and No.N are input to selective phasing detectors 2 provided to respective branches. Selective phasing detector 2 has a filter whose signal band width is divided into three low-frequency, intermediate frequency and high-frequency bands. The received signal is applied to the filter. Its output, after being level-detected, has its primary distortion and secondary distortion detected by a differential amplifier. On the basis of the thus- extracted primary distortion and secondary distortion of each branch, arithmetic circuit 2 operates and a signal of the best quality is selected by change-over circuit 4. |
