PURPOSE:To suppress the increase in the relay open capacity and to enable the usage up to high frequency, by disconnecting the relay group constituting the closed circuit between input and output terminals at a bundle through the use of relays. CONSTITUTION:The relays rl1-rl8 are of the same shaft construction and the characteristic impedance is equal to the characteristic impedance of the transmission line. The relay rl24 is provided between the relays rl2 and rl4, relay rl46 is between the relays rl4 and rl6, and relay rl63 is between the relays rl6 and rl8, and as the relays rl2, rl4, rl6, rl8, rl24, rl46, rl68,they are equal in the open capac ity. Further, the relay rl24 is driven simultaneously with the relays rl1-rl4, the relay rl46 is with the relays rl1, rl2, rl5, rl6, and the relay rl68 is with the relays rl1, rl2, rl7, rl8, respectively. |
