<p>PURPOSE:To improve the manipulation and to save power, by combining the operation of the 1st and 2nd control solenoids and the drive of head base, and latching the control substrate lock pin selectively to the substrate moving amount detection hole. CONSTITUTION:In the head substrate 2 free of moving and providing recording, playback and erasing heads,the position of the lock pin 14 is restricted with the combination of the power application to the 1st and 2nd control solenoids 12, 19, current flows to the head substrate driving solenoid 1, the head substrate 2 is slid, the position of the head substrate 2 is set to each position of fast traverse, fast rewinding, and in other state through the coupling state of the lock pin 14 and the head substrate 2 with the head substrate moving amount detection notch hole 8. Further, after the end of position set for each state, no current flows to the solenoids 1, 12 and 19. Thus, the position of each operation state can be assured with good manipulation and power can be saved.</p> |
