摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To dispose waste water of high amine content efficiently, by allowing raw water to contact with excess sludge discharged from an activated-sludge-disposing equipment. CONSTITUTION:Waste water of high content of amines etc. discharged from petroleum refining and petrochemical industry, contained in a storage tank 1, is led through a pipe 7 to a thickener 2, where it is allowed to contact with excess sludge, contg. >=800ppm sludge, which is sent through a pipe 14 from a settling tank 6, in a ratio of the waste water to the excess sludge of 0.5-2:1. After contact in thickener 2, concd. sludge is led through a pipe 8 to a dehydrator 3, where it is dehydrated, then charged through a pipe 11 to an incinerator 4, where it is incinerated. Water separated in the thickener 2 and the dehydrator 3 is sent by way of pipe 9, 10, and is mixed with other waste water of low BOD, and is charged through a pipe 13 to the aeration tank 5. In the aeration tank 5, the mixture is treated with air fed through a pipe 18 and with activated sludge, and is led through a pipe 15 to a settling tank 6, where treated water is separated from the activated sludge, the treated water being released through a pipe 16, and the activated sludge being drawn off through a pipe 19, a portion of sludge being returned to the aeration tank 5 through a pipe 17.</p>
