PURPOSE:To simplify the part and to readily enable mass production of the internal mirror type gas laser tube with an easy axial matching adjustment by annealing the entire periphery of the intermediate part of a hollow cylindrical metal for connecting a reflecting mirror to a vacuum enclosure annularly. CONSTITUTION:An annular annealing part of width (d) is formed as shaded part on the surface of the intermediate part of the hollow cylindrical metal 4 for connecting the reflecting mirror 3 to the vacuum enclosure 2 as a bendable part. An annular projection is formed at the intermediate part of the metal, and may be annealed. The internal mirror type gas laser is assembled, the annealed part is deformed, and the axial match adjustment is conducted. Thus, since it does not necessitate the hollow cylindrical metal having a thin part, the part can be simplified and the axial matching adjustment can be facilitated to enable mass production. |
