PURPOSE:Noodle lines of a certain length are bent in U-shape and dried to produce dried noodle that can be readily boiled without uneveness. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed flour mix is kneaded with water to form a noodle lump, which is made into a noodle band, and the band is cut into noodle lines, the noodle lines of a certain length is bent in U-shape and dried to produce dried noodle bent in horseshoe shape. When the noodle is boiled in hot water, the whole part can be dipped in water at a time, so uniform boiling can be effected. |
