PURPOSE:To moisten the inside of a pipeline uniformly in the whole length by inserting into a pipeline a hose with a great number of minute leak holes in the whole length and periphery, and injecting pressurized steam into this hose. CONSTITUTION:A hose 2 with a great number of minute leak holes 5 in the whole length and periphery is inserted into a pipeline 1, and pressurized steam is injected into this hose 2. In this construction, the hose 2 is filled with the pressurized steam in the whole length, and then the pressurized steam uniformly leaks from the whole surface of the hose 2 into the pipeline 1, and thus the inside of the pipeline 1 can be uniformly moistened in the whole length. |
