<p>PURPOSE:To reduce iron loss and noise of the electromagnetic device by a method wherein plural joining parts of the end faces of a laminated core are welded by a laser welding machine. CONSTITUTION:Two windings 5, 6 are equipped to the laminated core 4 assembled with a T type laminated core 4a and L type laminated cores 4b, 4c, and after six faces of the laminated core 4 are pressed and the form thereof is regulated with six jigs, the end faces D1-D4 of the T type laminated core 4a and the L type laminated cores 4b, 4c are welded with the laser welding machine 13. At this case, the laser beam S irradiated from the welder main body 13a is condenced by a lens 13b, and is applied to the welding positions P (core joining parts) to perform welding. When the welding positions P are located at the focus of the lens 13b, the power is too strong, so that the positions are located at a place distant by DELTAf form the focus (f). By manufacturing the device in accordance with the method mentioned above, the welding breadth of D1-D4 can be kept at about 1mm. making iron loss and noise to be reduced.</p> |
