<p>PURPOSE:To prevent explosion due to an abnormal rise in the pressure in a tank and mixing with air by returning gaseous components into a storage tank for liquefied oil gas or the like in a liquefied from after they are taken out of the tank to remove air contained therein. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure rises in an underground tank 2a due to the volatilization of a crude oil A' therein, a gas is once taken out with a gas bleeding conduit 11b and liquefied through a condensation liquefying device 11a. A separator 11b removes the gas such as air contained under a low critical temperature or a high steam pressure. Then, the liquefied gas is returned to the tank 2a through a feed back conduit 7. In this manner, the gas can be liquefied and recovered into the tank 2a while the pressure therein is reduced thereby preventing explosion otherwise caused by an abnormal rise in the pressure and mixing with air without wasteful removal of the fuel.</p> |
