ISSUING MACHINE OF FIXED FORM DOCUMENT BY KANJI (CHINESE CHARACTER)

摘要

PURPOSE:To output a document image after processing, by storing a fixed form format image and a variable data in respective files, and inserting the variable data to the prescribed part of the fixed form format image with a CPU at the time of the issue of document. CONSTITUTION:A CPU10 reads out a fixed form format image and a variable data designated by a KB14 from respective files 21a, 21b and executes the editing processing for inserting the variable data to the designated unprotext area. The document image after edition is outputted to a Kanji (Chinese characters) printer (KPRT)15 or a KANJI CRT device 13 by the selection of the user. When it is desired to be outputted to a KCRT13, the change and addition of the variable data can be made by the input from the KB14 on the screen of the KCRT13.
