PURPOSE:To reduce the voltage standing wave ratio, by constituting a moving part with a microstrip line. CONSTITUTION:A microstrip line 13 providing with a conductor line 12 is prepared on a dielectric substance substrate. A metallic plate 14 is provided with three terminals 16, 17, 18 isolated with isolators 15 made of glass, in equal interval. When the terminals 16, 17 are allowed to contact with the conductor line 12 of the line 13, the terminals 16 and 17 are connected. When the line 13 is moved toward the arrow 19, the terminals 17 and 18 are connected. Thus, since no mechanical distortion is given to the dielectric substance substrate for transmission by using the microstrip line, no characteristic impedance is disturbed and excellent voltage standing wave ratio can be obtained. |
