PURPOSE:To improve leakage proof and preservation by using a special mixture containing silicone rubber as a ring-shaped insulator for insulating the sealing plates of both electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The sealing plate 11 for the negative electrode is provided with a ring-shaped insulator 13. An electrode having electrolyte 14, the upper surface of which is evaporated with a positive electrode 15 and the lower surface of which is done with a negative electrode 16, is inserted therein. Closely sealed with a sealing plate 17 for the positive electrode, a solid electrolyte battery is prepared. The ring- shaped insulator 13 made of a mixture of silicone rubber and boron nitside is used, and attacktic polypropylene is immersed therein under vacuum. A ring-shaped adhesive layer made of attacktic polypropylene is present in sealing at 150 deg.C. |
