<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative laminated sheet which is inexpensive, harmoneous with patterns and provided with delustered patterns by a method wherein inked pattern layers containing water absorption expanding resin are provided on an impregnable base sheet, impregnated with aqueous solution of thermosetting resin, dried and formed. CONSTITUTION:Inked pattern layers 2 containing 5-70% by weight, preferably 10-30% by weight of water absorption expanding resin (example: polymer of self cross-inking acryl acid alkali metallic salt, or the like) and normal inked pattern layers 2a are provided on an impregnable base sheet (example: titanium paper or the like) 1 and then this printed base sheet 3 is impregnated by dipping or the like with thermosetting resin aqueous solution and dried. Then, the water absorptive expanding resin layers expand and shrink slightly to form fine rugged patterns on their surfaces. The printed base sheet 3a finishing printing is pinched between an overlay sheet 4 and a core sheet or a base 5 and the whole body is heat-formed by a hot platen 8 through a mirror plate 6 and a cushion member 7.</p> |
