PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to use external parts in composing a single side-band balanced modulator of a monolithic IC, by constituting a low-pass filter by increasing the capacity by a differential Miller integral network. CONSTITUTION:Transistor (TR) Q12 and Q13 constitute a differential amplifier and TRs Q12 and Q14, and Q13 and Q15 constitute a differential Miller integral network; and capacitors C1 and C2 are increased apparently by R13/R11 and R14/R12 times respectively. To the collector loads of the TRs Q8 and Q10, and Q9 and Q11 of a modulating circuit, resistances R9 and R10 are connected in series, and the output sides of the R9 and R10, a C1XR13/R11 and a C2XR14/ R12 are connected in parallel, constituting a low-pass filter. Further, modulated signals are applied to terminals 4 and 5, and carrier signals are also applied to terminals 2 and 3. |
