PURPOSE:To prevent misalignment in a winding side edge and occurrence of density difference, in a surface winder for papers, by constituting the winder in such a manner that an elastic cushion member is pasted to the periphery of a roller supporting the shaft of a winding roll, adapted to and slide turnably contacted to a drum roll, to a rail. CONSTITUTION:If a drum 1 is rotated in the direction of an arrow head, a winding roll 5 is slide contactably rotated in the direction of an opposite arrow head to the drum 1 through a sheet material A, and the sheet material A is wound to form a winding sheet roll B. Forcible contact force to the drum roll 1 is always applied to the sheet roll B by its empty weight through a sloped part 4a of a rail 4 to progressively perform winding. Even if enequality of thickness or the like is generated in accordance with the progress of winding, a roller 9 causes a cushion material 10 to eat into the rail 4 by friction force and vibro-absorption of the cushion material 10, and sideward moving and tilting can be suppressed. Accordingly, smooth movement can prevent misalignment of side edge and occurrence of winding density difference. |
