PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a R-2R ladder resistance circuit capable of reducing the impact of feedthrough noise on the circuit characteristics, and to provide a ladder resistance type D/A conversion circuit, and a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A R-2R ladder resistance circuit includes: a plurality of resistive elements R, each having one end connected with an input terminal 24; a plurality of resistive elements R, each having one end connected with a reference potential V; a plurality of resistive elements R, each having one end connected with one end 18Aof a series circuit 18A; and all switches for connecting the input terminal 24 and one end 18Adepending on a bit signal D, i.e., a plurality of switches SW, having correspondence between the plurality of resistive elements R, between the plurality of resistive elements R, and between the plurality of resistive elements R, and among the corresponding resistive element R, resistive elements R, and resistive elements R, the other end of the resistive elements R, is connected with the other end of the resistive element R, or the other end of the resistive elements R, while switching depending on the bit signal D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
