PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the iron loss of a DC motor even when an inexpensive lumped core is used by forming a resin layer mixed with magnetic powder on the surface disposed oppositely to the outer periphery of the armature of a field core. CONSTITUTION:A field core 2 coupled to a yoke 1 is formed of a lumped core. A resin layer 4 mixed with magnetic powder is formed on the surface disposed oppositely to the outer periphery of the armature 6 of the core 2. In this manner, the iron loss can be eliminated by the electric insulation property of the resin. |
