<p>PURPOSE:To mass-produce by small-scale equipment by using adhesive of electromagnetic wave hardening type as adhesive for composite type panel fomed of core material and skin material and thereby eliminating heating process and necessity of selecting core and skin materials and preventing generation of deformation. CONSTITUTION:Skin material 2 is adhered on both, upper and lower, sides or on one face of a core 1, and sandwitch structure or canape structure is made with composite material O1 or O2. A composite panel for speaker is made of the composite material O1 or O2. In manufacturing the panel, adhesive 7 of electromagnetic hardening type is applied at a fixed interval on the surface of sheetlike core material 1' of Al etc. The core material sheets are lapped while shifting each other, and electron beam of an ultraviolet ray generator S1 having an ultraviolet ray generating section 4 is irradiated from the surface of the core material 1', and the adhesive 7 is hardened to form a honeycomb-shaped core 1. The adhesive 7 is applied on the surface of the core 1 and skin material 2 of synthetic resin etc. is bonded by irradiation of electron beam from the generator S1.</p> |
