PURPOSE:To discharge the inflated gas in the cell to the outside, at the soldering, by employing a ring-shaped brazing material cut at one portion for brazing between the ceramic ring and the seal board after the insertion of the generating element. CONSTITUTION:The metal galvanized layer is formed on the seal boards 6, 7 to be used as the negative and positive terminal boards, while the metalized layer and the metal galvanized layer are formed on the ceramic ring 5. Then the brazing material 9 is arranged at the circumference of the seal board 7 and the ring 5 is mounted to be pressurized and heated to perform the soldering, and after inserting the generating element 1 the seal board 6 is mounted through a ring- shaped brazing material 8 provided with a cutting to be pressurized and heated to perform the soldering Consequently the gas in the cell inflated through the heating can be discharged quickly to the outside through the cutting 8a thereby the deterioration of the air-tightness and the jutting-out of the brazing material can be prevented effectively. |
