Provided is a new method for manufacturing a hydrogen-containing liquid aqueous composition that far surpasses the ability of conventional methods with respect to maintaining the concentration of dissolved hydrogen. In the method, a liquid processing nozzle 1 is used that is provided with: a nozzle body 2 having a liquid passage 7 formed therein, the liquid passage having a liquid inlet 4 formed in one end and a liquid outlet 5 formed in the other end; and a processing core CORE having protrusions 8 that protrude from the inner surface of the liquid passage 7 and that have, formed in the circumferential direction and on the outer peripheral surface thereof, a plurality of alternating contiguous ridge sections and valley sections, the valley sections serving as high flow rate sections. If a composition obtained by removing hydrogen from the components contained in the hydrogen-containing liquid aqueous composition to be obtained serves as the main composition, the hydrogen-containing liquid aqueous composition is obtained by supplying a multiphase stream of the main composition and hydrogen gas to the protrusions 8 of the liquid processing nozzle 1, breaking up the hydrogen gas into fine bubbles, and discharging the multiphase stream from the liquid outlet 5. |
