<p>A composition comprising polystyrene dibutyl phthalate, benzene, and xylene, or one comprising an interpolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate with the chloride predominating, ethyl methyl ketone, tricresyl phosphate, and titanium dioxide or barytes, is used as a solid or liquid adhesive to unite fabric plies in making semi-stiff garments.
