PURPOSE:To utilize an explosive and combustible liquid raw material such as gasoline, petroleum etc. as an energy increasing fuel as well as to clean exhaust gas by rapidly ionizing said liquid raw material in an electric insulating tank to obtain highly concentrated ions and storing them. CONSTITUTION:An energy increasing device is provided by fixing, into a coil shape 5, bellows hose 4 for ion emission made of an oil resistant and acid resistant, e.g., Amilan resin introduced from an electric potential ion generator 3, to the bottom 2 of an electrical insulating tank, e.g., a tank 1 made of an electric insulating ceramic material, oil resistant and acid resistant resin or a reinforced glass material. And said device is provided with a float 9 for concentration and storage of ion always floating on the liquid surface and obtained by allowing a support 6 suspended from the tank center ceiling to penetrate the float of a pure copper-made mesh 8 surrounded by a resin float member 7. Namely, when the bellows hose 4 for ion emission is formed into the coil shape 5 and emitts ions, explosive and combustible liquid in the tank 1 is rapidly ionized and ions are concentrated on the float 9 and reflected, allowing the raw material liquid to change to highly concentrated ions, to be stored, and to become energy increasing liquid. |
