PURPOSE:To prevent the stop of functioning of the device, by providing a voltage detecting part for a battery voltage, and providing a main control part, which stops a clock generating part during the fuel shut-off, drives the voltage detecting part when a value returning signal is imputted, and judging the signal. CONSTITUTION:When a power source 1 is turned ON, the entire control device becomes an operating state. A main control part 6 comprises a microcomputer, receives a flow rate signal from a sensor input part 3 and a clock signal from a clock generating part, and measures the flow rate of fuel per unit time from the number of flow rate signal for every arbitrary time. A reference flow rate data for warning display is registered in the microcomputer in advance, and the measured result and the flow data are compared. As the result of comparison when the measured flow rate and time exceed the maximum data, the data is outputted to a display part 4, and shut-off signal is outputted. A return input part 8 inputs the opening and closing state of a shut-off valve to the main control part 6, and controls the clock generating part 2 so that the operation is stopped when the valve is closed and the operation is performed when the valve is opened. |
