PURPOSE:To easily move the whole of a pile driver by a method which a pile driver is attached in a reciprocally movable manner in the driving direction to the upside of a guide frame to guide the driving direction of sheet piles, and an extrusible movable ring in contact with the upside of sheet piles driven is provided to the rear end of the guide frame. CONSTITUTION:An early-period sheet pile 4A is driven at the head position of driving line, the H-shaped steel 2 of a pile driver is matched with the driving direction, and both sides of the sheet pile 4A are contacted with an uprising part 12A and a hanging part 14 by operating interval alteration means 6 and 7. The setting of the guide frame 3 is completed according to thickness of sheet piles 4. The pile drive body 17 is orderly moved on the guide frame 3 by an oil motor 28, and sheet piles supported by the guide frame 3 are penetrated into the ground in connection with the sheet pile 4A by means of the chuck 48 of the driver body 17. After the driving of a series of sheet piles 4, an oil-pressure cylinder 70 is extended, the rear end of the guide frame 3 is lifted up by the movable ring 71, the whole of the pile driver is moved, and sheet piles are again driven. |
