PURPOSE:To attain accurate D/A converting performance by grouping plural electroacoustic transducers so as to obtain an area proportional to each bit digit weight of a parallel PCM signal. CONSTITUTION:The circumference of each diaphragm 11 having almost the same area is fixed by fixed rings 12, 13 and the adjacent section is coupled by a viscous elastic body 14 so as to form an independent oscillator. A diaphragm 11 and electrodes 15 at both sides form a sounding body 16 of one unit and each sounding body 16 is driven independently. The electroacoustic transducer is grouped and driven at the same time by obtaining an area corresponding to the weight of each bit of a parallel PCM signal in driving. Thus, since the sounding body 16 is arranged and made uniform to obtain the accurate D/A converting output. |
