PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device that can weld both side edges of a sheetlike film without thermal strain and form a cylindrical film by equipping the outer periphery of the rotative head fixed on the edge of an ultrasonic welder in contact with the outer periphery of a seal roll. CONSTITUTION:A seal roll 2 equipped in a guide cylinder 1 that is protruded partially out of a window thereof is rotated at the peripheral speed same as the feed speed of film and the interval and contact pressure between the seal roll and the head 9 of the ultrasonic welder 8 are arranged adjustably. The head 9 has a disk shape and is fixed to a bracket 10 so that the peripheral part of the front of the head 9 is brought into forced contact with the periphery of the seal roll 2 and can rotate at the same speed as the seal roll does. The flat film F that has been delivered by a delivery roll 16 is deformed in U shape by a guide 11 with a triangular plate shape, formed into a cylindrical shape under the guide 12 and welded between the seal roll 2 and the head 9.
