PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch screen panel which minimizes degradation of image quality due to exposure of sensing patterns.SOLUTION: A touch screen panel includes: a thin film substrate divided into an active area and a non-active area located in a peripheral edge of the active area; sensing patterns formed in the active area of the thin film substrate; sensing lines formed in the non-active area of the thin film substrate, and connected to the sensing patterns; a polarizing plate provided above the thin film substrate; a first adhesive layer formed between a first surface of the thin film substrate and the polarizing plate; a flexible display device provided below the thin film substrate; a second adhesive layer formed between a second surface of the thin film substrate and the flexible display device; a window substrate provided on the polarizing plate; and a third adhesive layer formed between the polarizing plate and the window substrate.
