PURPOSE:To remove easily and surely flashes in a short time by assembling patterns attached with the flashes in a tree shape, and brushing the patterns by using bar-shaped brushes formed of nylon. CONSTITUTION:Some stages of patterns for precision casting stuck with flashes 3 are stacked and an assembling means 4 and a pattern 5 for sprue and mounted thereto to assemble the patterns into a tree-shaped pattern 6. The assembled pattern 6 is moved back and forth several times in a bar-shaped rotary brushing device 7 formed of a nylon to remove the flashes 3. The device 7 is constituted by attaching radially hard nylon pieces 9 on the outside of a revolving core bar 8 to form a bar-shaped brush and disposing a several pieces thereof in conformity with the shape of the pattern for precision casting. Said bar-shpaed brushes are rotated at a low speed by means of a motor, etc. |
