PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device with which it is possible, with a simple configuration, to inspect a compressor while it is manufactured or in use.SOLUTION: The inspection device that inspects a compressor rotor 2 having a plurality of blades 22 comprises a sensor 5 disposed so as to face the radial end faces or the axial end faces of the blades, and a detection device 6 for detecting the state of the compressor rotor on the basis of sensor output. The sensor detects the distance between the end face of each blade passing by in front of the sensor and the detection unit or that each blade has passed by in front of the sensor. The detection device detects the distance detected by the sensor when the compressor rotor is rotated at a certain angular velocity or the state of the compressor rotor on the basis of the passage timing of each blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
