PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having lowered rolling resistance without detriment to mechanical characteristics and wet skid resistance, consisting of a specified styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber, polyisoprene rubber and polybutadiene rubber. CONSTITUTION:20-95wt% styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber (A) which has a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) of 20-150, a bonded styrene content of 10- 40wt% and a 1,2-bonded butadiene content of 10-50% and into which 01-5mol of a (thio)benzophenone of the formula (wherein M is O, S; R1, R2 are each H, a substituent; m+n=1-10) per mol of the styrene/butadiene rubber molecular chain is introduced, 60-5wt% natural rubber and/or polyisoprene rubber (B) having a bonded cis-1,4 content of 90% or above and 50-0wt% polybutadiene rubber (C) having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) of 20-100 and a bonded cis-1,4 content of 20% or below, are blended together.
