PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which has improved workability and is highly crystalline nearly at room temp. while retaining low or medium crystallinity at low temp., by incorporating a small quantity of a highly crystalline chloroprene polymer in a low or medium chloroprene polymer. CONSTITUTION:The titled compsn. contains 95-99.5wt% chloroprene polymer, e.g. a chloroprene/butadiene copolymer, wherein DELTAHs0<30>H<r> (increase in hardness scale, as measured with a JIS hardness meter, when left to stand at 0 deg.C for 30hr) is less than 50 points, and 0.5-5wt% chloroprene polymer wherein DELTAHs0<30>H<r> is 50 points or above. At room temp. the highly crystalline chloroprene polymer serves as a crystal nucleus which is effective in increasing the crystallizability of the whole compsn. and promotes the growth of the crystalline structure. At low temp., the highly crystalline cyloroprene polymer immediately crystallizes to form a fine crystal and does not have any effect on the crystallizability of the whole compsn.
