PURPOSE:To eliminate the slip of a friction plate by a method wherein a motor is rotated in a slow speed after a guide vane is fully closed to the mechanical stopper thereof by the operation of a guide vane totally closed position detector in accordance with a closing signal from a governor control device. CONSTITUTION:The detecting switch operating condition of the guide vane totally closed position detector 35 is given to the electric current control unit 25 of a motor control unit 17. By the operation of the guide vane totally closed position detector 35, a closing signal from the govenor control unit 15 is reduced to the minimum output necessary for holding the guide vane 13 at the closed position thereof by the electric servomotor 16. The signal is reduced to 1/n (here n>=2) or a minute given signal, for example, whereby the motor is rotated at a slow speed after the guide vane 13 is totally closed to the mechanical stopper thereof in accordance with the closing signal of the governor control unit 15, the slip of the friction plate is eliminated and the protection as well as the safety operation of the machine may be effected. |
