The present invention relates to an oxidizing agent composition for a hair perm and, more specifically to, a composition in which, of a first procedure liquid (reducing agent) and a second procedure liquid (an oxidizing agent), which are used in overall perms, such as general (cold) perms and thermal perms (curly hair magic straight perm, a setting perm, an iron perm, and a volume magic perm), the second procedure liquid (oxidizing agent) contains an enzyme that is substituted for hydrogen peroxide. The composition for a perm procedure according to the present invention has effects of remarkably reducing the extent of hair damage and significantly improving the waving efficiency of hair since an alkaline protease is used to substitute for the existing hydrogen peroxide in the second procedure liquid (oxidizing agent). |
