PURPOSE:To secure stable damping force at all times by providing both each accelometer detecting acceleration at the cylinder and piston sides of a damper and a current control means controlling the exciting current of a linear solenoid. CONSTITUTION:Acceleration at both of the cylinder and piston sides of an damper 18 is detected by separate acceleration sensors 36 and 38. The speed of the piston is detected by integrating 102 the difference in acceleration between the aforesaid 2 sides. A current control means 110 controls the exciting current of a liner solenoid in pulse duration in such a way as to secure optimum damping force. This thereby allows the damper to be hardly affected by noise, and stable damping force can therefore be secured at ail times. |
