CONSTITUTION:When a power switch 3 is closed, an initializing signal outputted from an initializing circuit 11 and the second pulse B are inputted to the second gate circuit 76, and an interrupted signal having a high frequency is sent to a speaker 10 to generate an operation confirming tone, and it is discriminates that a selective call receiver is operated normally. Next, a call code in a selective call signal received by the selective call receiver and its own call code stored preliminarily in a storage circuit 8 are collated with each other; and if they coincide with each other, the first pulse is sent to a tone generating circuit 73, and a tone corresponding to this pulse is generated from the speaker 10, and a subscriber finds a call. In case of the limit of the life of a battery, a low voltage detecting circuit 12 is operated, and an alarm tone is generated from the speaker 10 by an alarm tone signal as the third pulse. |
