摘要 PURPOSE:To control the flow rate of oxygen-enriched air optionally while making the differential pressure before and after membranes, by designing a controlling apparatus for the liquid level in a container to increase or decrease the working area without causing a loss due to the fraction with oxygen-enriching membranes. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 5 is provided in a container 11, and oxygen- enriching membrane units are hung down from the partition plate 5 to form an oxygen-enriched air chamber 13 in the upper space. An air supply pipe 15 for transferring air by a blower 14 and an air discharging pipe 17 for discharging air are provided at a space below the partition plate 5. The oxygen-enriching chamber 13 is provided with an oxygen-enriched air taking out pipe 19 having a suction blower 18 to constitute an apparatus for producing oxygen-enriched air. A liquid supply pipe 21 is provided in the container 11, and water or another liquid is supplied to the container 11 to change optionally the liquid level, i.e. the area of the oxygen-enriching membranes.
