PURPOSE:To contrive to realize the safety in handling by preventing the sharp edge from generating on the end of a molded part by a structure wherein a concave groove to smoothly swell to the outer peripheral side is formed at the mold sealing face, which is positioned at the end of the molded part and formed by fitting a top force onto a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:A concave groove 14 formed on the mold sealing face 16 of a male-shaped top force 15 is positioned at the portion corresponding to the end 18 of a molded part 17 and formed so as to make a dent portion smoothly recessed on the outer peripheral side. Under the condition as mentioned above, firstly, melt 5 of thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polypropylene or the like is supplied between the top force 15 and a bottom force 4, both of which are in opening stage. Secondly, the top and the bottom forces 15 and 4 are closed so as to compress the melt 5. At this time, the thickness of the molded part 17 is controlled by the volume of the melt 5 supplied so as to bring the lower part of the groove 14 and the end 8 of the outer peripheral part of the bottom force 4 to the same position at the time of the completion of mold close, resulting in generating no sharp edge on the end of the molded part and consequently enabling to obtain the product, which is safe in handling.
