PURPOSE:To attain ease of discrimination and collation of attribute of a segmented and registered image data at glance by providing a means storing a region attribute representing a segmenting region of the image data and a color attribute assigned to the regional attribute and registering the image data while adding an index, the regional attribute by the segmented part and color attribute to the segmented part of the image data displayed on a display device. CONSTITUTION:The image data stored in an input buffer section 2 is transferred equally to a three-primary color video data memory section 10 of the three red/ green/blue plane and the white image data is displayed on a color CRT8. Then a region designated by one index (e.g., farm used by a bank) and the regional attribute of the said region (e.g., seal print region) are designated by a cursor. The designated image data is compressed while being added with the color attribute (e.g., red in case of seal print region) assigned in advance to the attribute region, the result is registered to registration file section 4, both the regional attribute and color attribute are stored by being designated at the index. The image data information stored in the three-primary color video data memory section 10 is displayed in color on a color CRT8 via a video signal output circuit 7. |
