PURPOSE:To carry out the charging and discharging of skewers of SASAKAMABOKO (steamed fish-paste cake in the shape of bamboo leaf) to holders, automatically, by using a skewer transfer line which transfers the skewers syncrhonously with the skewer holder attached to a moving chain, and drives the skewer slidingly along the direction perpendicular to the direction of transfer. CONSTITUTION:A pair of chains 7, 7 driven by the sprochet wheels 5, 5 are connected with each other through the bar 8. The skewer-supporting table 9 furnished with a sliding wheel 10 is attached to the chain slidably relative to the bar 8. The skewer holder 3 attached to the chain 1 is driven rightward. The kewer-supporting table 9 holding the skewer 4 is transferred rightward synchronously with the movement of the holder 3. The motion of the table 9 is guided by the guide 11 through the sliding wheel 10. In the course of the transfer of the table 9, the skewer 4 held by the table 9 approaches to the holder because the guide 11 is attached slantly to approach the holder side, and the end of the skewer 4 is inserted into the holder 8. The removal of the skewer is carried out in a similar way using a guide 11 attached slantly to separate from the holder side. |
