PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for turning a weighty article, decrease man power and to improve safety the interposing revolving mechanisms between an automatic roller conveyer device and the base of the weighty article and between the automatic roller conveyer device and a road surface. CONSTITUTION:A revolving mechanism 15, a guide station 25 and a laterally moving guide stage 30 are disposed on a road surface just before a weighty article deposit place. A weighty article 1 is guided by the guide station 25 and transferred onto the revolving mechanism 15 by an automatic roller conveyer device 2. The weighty article 1 is fixed there, and the automatic roller conveyer device 13 is pulled by a winch 12. Thus, the revolving devices are turned to the guide by the automatic roller conveyer devices 13. Subsequently, the automatic roller coveyer devices 13 are pulled by the winches 12 to be moved laterally along the laterally moving stage 30. In this arrangement, the weighty article can be turned in a small number of people, safely and in a short time. |
